Geerte Frenken talks to Lillian Song

Domestic Violence survivor and Protective Mother Lillian Song lost custody of her child to her abusive ex despite documented evidence of child abuse and molestation, and despite prior Orders of Protection against him.

She states: “My name is Lillian and I was my child’s primary caregiver and attachment figure. When I divorced my spouse, I was coerced into a joint custody “agreement” with a documented abuser who had previously been placed on supervised parenting time.

I hired a lawyer Guardian ad Litem believing that she would represent my child’s best interests. But two months post-divorce, this Guardian at Litem suddenly sided with my ex-husband in legal action against me.

I presented photos evidencing ongoing child abuse to the Judge. The Judge told me to destroy all this evidence, she cancelled witnesses and she refused to allow for the photos to be entered into the court record at the hearing. The Judge said, “I am not going to allow these pictures to be made a part of the record. I don’t want any additional copies made of these pictures. I would prefer that these pictures be only in possession of counsel at this point.”

The Judge then awarded sole legal and physical custody of my child to his abusive father and placed me on pay-by-the-hour supervised parenting time and also portrayed me as the abuser and the pedophile.

Many people have failed to protect my child: the Prosecutors, Guardian ad Litem, Friend of the Court, the Judge, the Referee, Law Enforcement, Child Protective Services, Child Care Workers, Psychologists, and Medical Doctors, to name a few.

Millions of families are put in these situations daily. This is an epidemic across our country. This can happen to you. This can happen to anyone.”

This CCN Live TV Interview is scheduled for August 6th, 2016 @ 3PM Eastern Time (21:00 CET)

So what is a Protective Mother? A Protective Mother tries to protect her child or children from their abusive father by many means necessary, which is an uphill battle in today’s corrupt global Family Court system that thrives on paternal entitlement. Maternal Deprivation at the hands of abusive fathers has reached pandemic proportions! However, Protective Mothers worldwide are uniting to fight for the right to keep their children in what could be called a new Civil Rights movement.

Professional Fine Artist and College Professor Geerte Frenken is a Protective Mother fighting for her court-abducted daughter Jasmijn. She is the host of the CCN Live TV show HELL IS FOR CHILDREN about the global plight of Protective Mothers and their children that airs every Saturday at 3PM Eastern Time (21:00 Central European Time). Recordings of the shows are made available via youtube within a few days after each Live broadcast and are archived HERE as well.
