Geerte Frenken talks to Grandmother Helen

Protective Mother Crystal lost custody of her kids to her child-molesting ex and was sentenced to 12 years in prison and 25 million $ bail when CPS told her to leave the jurisdiction. Her ex was charged with 6 counts of molestation, but was never jailed. Crystal’s story will be shared by Grandmother Helen.

Helen recalls: “The nightmare started in 1997. My daughter Crystal was in a stable marriage until my 5-year-old grandson was diagnosed with child sexual abuse by an Urgent Care Physician. CPS, however, discounted the sexual abuse. They stated the abuse occurred “in the context of custody issues”. Kane County Illinois Judge Keith Brown ordered unsupervised visits for the father but both my grandson and my granddaughter returned from the visits complaining about sexual abuse.

During the custody trial in 1999 the custody evaluator stated that “a representation of abuse is parental alienation”, and so Judge Brown awarded the father full custody based on “Parental Alienation Syndrome.” When my grandson was 11 years old he called 911 because his father threatened to kill him. A CPS investigation concluded abuse and neglect. However, when Crystal’s attorney filed for a change of custody, it was denied. My 8 year old granddaughter drew sexually explicit pictures in school which prompted another CPS and Law Enforcement investigation and they concluded both my grandchildren were being severely sexually abused. Crystal’s ex was placed on voluntary “no contact” and CPS advised her to take the kids to California.

California took emergency jurisdiction. But Illinois still charged Crystal with fleeing jurisdiction and sentenced her to 12 years in prison with a 25 million dollar bail. U.S. Marshals ordered the children back to Illinois on gun-point, but they refused to live with their father, so they were sent to group homes. Eventually Chris Cuomo from ABC 20/20 contacted the Illinois Attorney-General about the case and helped Crystal to get released after she served 1 ½ years in prison.

Three years later, when the kids were 18 and 16 years old, they were finally allowed to return to Crystal in California. Despite the terrible ordeal my grandson is now working toward his PhD and my granddaughter is an honor student in College.

After guiding and supporting her daughter and grandchildren through this seemingly endless nightmare, Grandmother Helen is now an Activist for Family Court Reform and offers support to Protective Mothers.

This CCN Live TV Interview is scheduled for October 29th, 2016 @ 3PM Eastern Time (21:00 CET)

So what is a Protective Mother? A Protective Mother tries to protect her child or children from their abusive father by many means necessary, which is an uphill battle in today’s corrupt global Family Court system that thrives on paternal entitlement. Maternal Deprivation at the hands of abusive fathers has reached pandemic proportions! However, Protective Mothers worldwide are uniting to fight for the right to keep their children in what could be called a new Civil Rights movement.

Professional Fine Artist and College Professor Geerte Frenken is a Protective Mother fighting for her court-abducted daughter Jasmijn. She is the host of the CCN Live TV show HELL IS FOR CHILDREN about the global plight of Protective Mothers and their children that airs every Saturday at 3PM Eastern Time (21:00 Central European Time). Recordings of the shows are made available via youtube within a few days after each Live broadcast and are archived HERE as well.
